Our size ensures we are a reliable partner for your emergency and overflow reporting requirements 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

I-TeleRAD’s radiologists are all FRANZCR qualified, have recent experience in high-acuity hospital radiology and all participate in in our audit and peer review program.  New radiologists have all their cases audited until our CMC is satisfied with their proficiency. Audit results are distributed to customer hospitals monthly.

I-TeleRAD uses advanced computer-aided and artificial intelligence tools for patient triage and assisted diagnosis. Our workflow management software includes onsite portal access so our clients can easily track patient progress and upgrade priority if needed.

Our fast turnaround times ensure that specialists, doctors and health professionals are able to prescribe a correct course of treatment more quickly. 85% of all urgent cases are reported in under 60 minutes. On average, urgent cases are reported in 33 minutes.

I-TeleRAD radiologists are available for consultation 24/7, from our dedicated reporting centres across Australia and in London. We encourage clinicians and technologists from referring hospitals to discuss cases with our radiologists, as they would with the onsite radiology team.

I-TeleRAD is led by an experienced team of radiologists including a Clinical Director and six senior radiologists who comprise our Clinical Management Committee. All of these radiologists have significant experience in teleradiology. I-TeleRAD has a clinical governance framework which is underpinned by I-MED’s quality and safety framework and safety management system.
